Founder Charlie McCullough and his lovely wife Beth relocated from South Jersey and formed The Philadelphian in 2002 in Bradenton, FL., intent on creating the very best Philly style cheese steaks, steaks and hoagies to be found anywhere on the planet. Nothing less would do!
Years of studying and creating original recipes, finding the suppliers of the best quality meats, rolls, dough, pasta have culminated in, what many consider, the best sandwiches in the world.
